SAGA
“Saga” is a metafilm about a music video director who wants to make a viking feature based upon the classic norse “The Eyrbyggja” saga. In short extracts, about a viking who dies, gets buried, but breaks out of his tomb and terrorizes the village. The director works on a small budget and gets help from his black metal- and bikerfriends to make his film.

A produção “Saga” é um metafilm sobre um realizador de vídeos musicais que ambiciona fazer uma longa-metragem viking baseado na clássica saga norueguesa “Eyrbyggja”. De forma resumida, o enredo trata do regresso de um viking ao mundo dos vivos para aterrorizar a aldeia. Para conseguir concretizar o seu projeto, o realizador, cujo orçamento é reduzido, conta com a ajuda dos seus amigos das cenas motard e black metal.

Have done extensive work for the Henrik Ibsen Museum and the World Bank on exhibitions, videoinstallations and interactive scenography recent years. In production on the feature film SAGA, a Black Metal Viking Biker-film with Zombies. Pre-production, feature “rockumentary” Route 666 Backroads to Hell. Both in collaboration with Ted Skjellum (Nocturno Culto).

Fotógrafo profissional desde 1979, desenvolve a sua atividade profissional também como produtor, realizador e editor de filmes. Do seu extenso currículo salientam-se os trabalhos produzidos para o Museu Henrik Ibsen e para o Banco Mundial, envolvendo exposições, vídeo- -instalações e cenografia interativa.
Atualmente, encontra-se a trabalhar na longa-metragem “Saga”, (da qual é coautor do argumento e realizador) de cuja pré-produção resultou o projeto rockumentary “Route 666 Backroads to Hell”.

Ted Arvid Skjellum (born 4 March 1972 in Kolbotn, Oppegård), also known by the stage names Nocturno Culto, Nocturno or Kveldulv, is a Norwegian musician best known as the vocalist, lead guitarist, and partial bassist (shared with Fenriz) of the influential black metalband Darkthrone. He has been with the band since 1988. He is also the vocalist of the band Sarke. He currently works in Norway as a school teacher, and has a son and a daughter.[1] He has also released a documentary film called The Misanthrope in which he deals with black metal music and life in Norway.
Ted Arvid Skjellum (nascido em 04 de março de 1972 em Kolbotn , Oppegård), também conhecido pelos nomes artísticos Nocturno Culto, Nocturno ou Kveldulv, é um músico norueguês mais conhecido como vocalista, guitarrista e baixista (tarefa que compartilha com Fenriz ) da influente banda de black metal Darkthrone, da qual faz parte desde 1988. Para além de alguns projetos musicais a solo, Ted Skjellum é também vocalista da banda Sarke .
Atualmente trabalha como professor, tendo um filho e uma filha.
Para além da carreira musical, Ted Skjellum tem desenvolvido diversos documentários, entre os quais “The Misanthrope”sobre o black metal e a vida na Noruega.
